Due to the EPM Grad Canvas page by 11:59pm on the Friday of Week 8 in Winter quarter for all first-year students. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Practicum Proposal
Practicum Proposal
Practicum proposals are due by 11:59pm on the 5th day of instruction for a given quarter in which the student seeks practicum credits. The proposal must be fully approved by the 12th day of instruction for credits to be approved for the quarter. Proposals for future quarters can be submitted at any time, but proposals for the current quarter will not be accepted after the specified deadlines. Students are required to have a Practicum Proposal submitted and approved before they may begin counting project hours. Students are required to track their hours using this timesheet.

3. Practicum Report
Practicum Report and Deliverables
Practicum Reports are due by 11:59pm on the Friday of Week 8 for the quarter in which a student seeks practicum credits. In cases where practicum deliverables are not available to share, the student must submit the Practicum Report according to the established schedule. Deliverables are due by the grade submission deadline for the relevant quarter. In cases where credits are taken over multiple quarters, the due date refers to the final quarter in which credits are earned, and an incomplete grade will be issued for interim quarters to be resolved after the report is approved.

Due to Canvas by Thursday, May 30, 2024 for all students enrolled in the EPM Policy Clinic. Late submissions will not be accepted.
