Growing up in Ventura County, Keara has always had a passion for the ocean and mountains that surround her. Keara graduated in high esteem from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science. 

Keara Tuso completed her Masters in Environmental Policy & Management in 2019. She is currently an Environmental Scientist with the State Water Resources Control Board where she primarily works on ocean policy and water quality analysis.
