Yingqing is originally from Beijing, China and started to study abroad in the United States in 2014 for his undergraduate degree. Yingqing's current interests focus on developing the sustainable and green cities using multidisciplinary subjects as our environment is composed with a variety of subjects. Yingqing has interned in the Bureau of Environmental Protection in Chaoyang District in Beijing, China which address the role of governmental institutions for environmental protection and development. He hopes that through the two years’ study, he can broaden his understanding for environmental policy and management and get ready to work in the environmental science field, either in a government institution or research institution.
