Bio
Morgen received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from Illinois State University. Since graduating in 2017, Morgen has worked in International Trade and Sanctions Compliance at law firms based in Washington DC and San Francisco, CA. Morgen has focused on Marine Resources Management and Water Resources Management during her time in the UC Davis EPM Program. She now leverages these specializations in her work for Restore the Delta as their policy analyst, focusing on California water issues.
