Jenny Iloff

Jenny is an environmental compliance specialist with over a decade of experience in stormwater regulation and management. She is currently an employee of the State Water Resources Control Board where she assists communities with access to and regulation of water. Her goal in the EPM program is to strengthen her ability to bridge the wide and at times contentious communication gap between policymakers and those subject to those policies
