Eloise Dresser

Eloise graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt in 2022 with a B.Sc. in Environmental Science and Management, with a focus in ecological restoration. While completing her degree, Eloise worked as a restoration technician with the nonprofit Friends of the Dunes. She removed invasive plant species from coastal ecosystems and led restoration workdays for members of the pubic. After graduating from Cal Poly Humboldt, Eloise began working with the United States Forest Service as a biological science technician, researching forest meadow restoration in the Sierra Nevada National Forest. Eloise wants to continue work in conservation, and to apply her scientific background in environmental policy development. She plans on specializing in conservation management and environmental data science.
