Bio
Anna specialized in Sustainable Systems, where she has transformed her academics into real-world advocacy work with the National Stewardship Action Council. In the 2025 California legislative session, Anna championed two Extended Producer Responsibility bills aimed at advancing policies that hold corporate producers of hazardous waste accountable for the end of life management of their products. Prior to working with NSAC, Anna interned with the City of Elk Grove’s Recycling and Waste Division on implementing organic recycling programs by facilitating the City’s compost procurement efforts & advising local businesses on edible food recovery requirements. Anna's work reflects her commitment to bridging science, communication and policy to advance circular systems, reduce waste, and drive meaningful change.
