Learn more at h2osci.com.Summary: We are seeking a mid to senior level professional with background and experience in ecological risk assessment. Work includes: data collection and analysis related to pesticide use in production agriculture, rights-of-way, irrigation and flood control settings; assessment of chemical fate and transport and human health and ecological risk; regularly interacts with clients and regulatory agency staff; prepares scope, schedule and cost estimates and manages projects.Background Sought: A work history that includes ecological risk assessment, environmental toxicology and pesticide science is required. Background in environmental modelling, agriculture, water quality, regulatory compliance and contaminated site assessment is a plus. Additional requirements include strong Excel and Access skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Education & Experience Required: BS/MS/Ph.D. in biology, environmental toxicology, environmental science, or environmental chemistry. Between 2-7 years of work experience required.Compensation: Annual compensation range of between $80K-$125K depending on experience.
