Owen Welch

Owen has a BS in environmental science from Oregon State. He plans to specialize in either coastal and marine management or environmental economics while in the EPM program. His past experience includes being an author on a NOAA research study for the Oregon squid fishery through CIMRS at NWFSC and working for an environmental nonprofit called Resource Central out of Boulder, CO focused on water conservation.
