Kayla Morgan Hickey

Kayla Morgan Hickey is from Bakersfield, California. She graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2023 with a BS in Environmental Science and Management. The next year, she earned her MS in Environmental Policy and Management. She is currently an International City/County Management Association, Local Government Management Fellow for the City of Bakersfield, California. In her hometown, she has the privilege of contributing to all things sustainability within the City Manager's Office. She hopes to continue to shape environmental policy on the local level to create change that community members can see and feel.
