Bio

Liam graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2019 with a BS in Cell Biology and Biochemistry and a BA in International Political Studies. While in EPM he interned with Government Affairs at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, helping leverage federal funding to renovate Sacramento's electric grid. For his practicum, Liam worked with the Environmental Council of Sacramento (ECOS) to visualize the potential for targeted, impactful investments in open space, public transportation, and affordable housing. He collaborated with the Sacramento Transportation Authority to present to community leaders on trends in public transit funding, and assisted ECOS in analyzing the City of Sacramento's proposed revisions to its Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. He also went on hikes and represented EPM well in the local bar trivia scene.
