Hailey Kilimanjaro graduated from Cal Poly Pomona and received their Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental option. For one year after graduation they participated in a fellowship under the California Climate Action Corps, and worked as an assistant in CalRecycle to help reduce food waste and promote food recovery programs across California. Hailey hopes to specialize in climate change policy and/or sustainable systems and work for the state or city to improve current laws on sustainability.
