Estrella Silva

Estrella Silva graduated from the University of Portland with a bachelor's degree in environmental science in 2022. During her studies and undergraduate research, she developed a strong interest in conservation and environmental justice. Following graduation, Estrella accepted a position as a biologist at Environmental Science Associates, San Francisco, CA. There she contributed to various projects by conducting environmental assessments, biological monitoring, and field surveys. At UC Davis Estrella plans to specialize in city & regional planning with the goal of balancing California’s developmental growth with environmental regulations and policies.
