Abbey Gyetvai

Abbey Gyetvai was born and raised in the Sacramento area. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2020 with honors with a BA in Environmental Studies with emphases in Policy and Social Sciences and a minor in Political Science. She spent her senior year at the University of Oregon researching and writing an honors thesis involving environmental justice, environmental law, pollution, and human rights issues. She has worked with the California Council of Land Trusts, the California Environmental Protection Agency, and the University of Oregon’s Environmental Leadership Program. Abbey plans on specializing in water resource management and environmental justice during her time at UC Davis.
