The Grants Manager will partner deeply with the Chief Advancement Officer and CEO, and work with leaders across the organization, to meet and exceed revenue goals from institutional partners. The ideal candidate enjoys project management, is a strong writer with the ability to learn and communicate complex ideas persuasively and has strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. This position will join a successful team that is committed to laughing and working hard together. This position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and has no direct reports.

50th Anniversary Intern
MCEA seeks a half-time summer intern who will, with support from MCEA staff, board, and volunteers, create, design, and assemble a “digital scrapbook” that archives MCEA’s 50-year history. This project will gather, in one organized and accessible place, all of the documents, pictures, videos and other media that tell the full story of MCEA’s founding and its first 50 years of advocacy.
