Climate and Community Project is hiring! Climate and Community Project is a small, growing think tank that develops cutting-edge climate justice research and policy to take on multiple crises at the scale and pace required. • Communications Director: This is the inaugural communications staff position at Climate and Community Project! CCP is seeking a Comms Director who can expand the reach of our research, shape and spread our vision for transformative climate action, and build power for a better world. • Junior Research Fellow: Are you a graduate student interested in developing Green New Deal-inspired policy and research? CCP’s Junior Research Fellowship brings together a cohort of 8-10 graduate students to work with leading climate justice experts and researchers on a range of topics. Junior fellows are supported by staff and part of a supportive community of like-minded fellows working on a range of projects that tie directly into CCP's work. Fellows are expected to work 20 hours per week over a course of 8-10 weeks, with pay at $45/hour. See more details on the Junior Research Fellowship here. • Open call for designers and illustrators: Inspiring, world-building visuals and clear writing are central to CCP’s policy and research projects. We’re building our roster of allied designers and illustrators who can visualize in real terms what policy looks like on the ground, infographics that illustrate tough-to-understand concepts, and design and layout for reports.
