Research Data Analyst I

The incumbent will independently design, plan, and implement research projects by gathering data from documents, procedures, and workflows, to interpret, analyze and present findings and recommendations through dashboards and reports. The incumbent will also propose innovative solutions to Real Estate Branch (REB) data inefficiencies in project tracking, document management, and procedures through pattern analysis, work trends, and working with subject matter experts within right of way. Incumbent will perform varied and complex technical research and statistical work involving various types of data, including Geographical Information System Mapping (GIS).
