Under the general direction of a Program & Project Supervisor, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will serve as the Commission's lead analyst in performing complex technical analytical assignments such as evaluation and planning, policy analysis and formulation, and consultative services to management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administering operational agreements to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, conducting formal solicitations, Requests for Proposals, and Invitations for Bids, assisting with the Advisory Committee for the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program, and performing other duties as assigned.
