Bio
Maya received her undergraduate degree in Applied Environmental Studies from Tufts University in 2023. Before returning to school to complete her degree she worked in investment management and finance, where she held senior positions in regulatory compliance and program management. Recently she worked as a policy analyst advocating for zero waste policies aimed at reducing harmful waste in landfills and water systems. She plans to continue working in policy management with state and local governments.
