Job Description
Under the direction of the CEQA Program Environmental Program Manager (EPM) in the CalGEM CEQA Program, the Administrative Assistant I is responsible for performing administrative assignments that are routinely sensitive and specialized. Assists with creation, revision, and implementation of standard operating procedures, evaluation of needs, and effectiveness. Advises the Environmental Program Manager on programmatic administrative needs and may represent the CEQA Program at meetings. Prepares CEQA related documentation for distribution and filing.
