Job Description
This position is joint between my lab and the CDFW Shellfish Health Lab run by Dr. Colleen Burge (also based at BML). It is also full-time and will focus on animal care, experiment maintenance, and related research, but with more dry lab/lab bench work than the other Jr Specialist position, including qPCR, dissection, and histology work. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and a great communicator. A bachelor's degree is required, and it is an entry-level position, though some previous lab experience is a bonus.
