Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • The Environmental Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison for the CT Environmental team.
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, maintaining company emails, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies and equipment as well as additional clerical duties.
  • Maintains the daily job calendar including coordination of meetings, scheduling with homeowners and dispatching technicians.
  • Correspond with insurance carriers to ensure billing information is accurate.
  • Continuously strive to organize files/reports and streamline administrative processes.
