Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Environmental Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support by maintaining communication flow and serving as a liaison for the CT Environmental team.
- Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, maintaining company emails, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies and equipment as well as additional clerical duties.
- Maintains the daily job calendar including coordination of meetings, scheduling with homeowners and dispatching technicians.
- Correspond with insurance carriers to ensure billing information is accurate.
- Continuously strive to organize files/reports and streamline administrative processes.
