Campaign Manager manages Cool Davis Cool Solutions campaigns focused on H Home Energy and Transportation and Volunteer management system. They direct Campaign coordinators and their volunteer program staff. Campaign managers work with Campaign Task Force advisors, plan programming and manage volunteer recruiting, training and placement system to support field activities.
The Campaign Coordinators train and directs volunteers to work with households to reduce household-based greenhouse gas emissions and build resilient neighborhoods. They focus on the in the areas of household engagement, neighborhood resilience, home energy, transportation, and household consumption (water, waste & food) .
Activities include communications messaging, workshops, tabling, door–to-door outreach, and special events. Cool Davis is engaged in redesign of key programs to better serve vulnerable and diverse communities and is looking for leaders for the renewal of key programs.
We are looking for candidates who want to stretch their professional and technical skills developing model programs with a lasting impact. We offer access to valuable experience in climate action, adaptation, and sustainability.
These positions are flexible.
Cool Davis is a hybrid work place where in person and online activities are a regular part of the jobs. Currently Cool Davis staff work from home for planning and administrative tasks. Then they work on zoom and in person in the field for program outreach activities.

Positions are available in part time and full time combinations depending on skills and availability.Applicants should be capable of working at least 50% time.
