ACEEE seeks a research analyst to conduct research and to work directly with local and state governments on projects that aim to transform the transportation sector.
The analyst will be a member of ACEEE’s transportation program, which works to drive policy and program innovation among local and state governments, utilities, and critical private-sector stakeholders. The transportation program covers a variety of topics, including electrification of freight and passenger vehicles, better integrated land use and transportation policy, stringent fuel efficiency standards, and improved multimodal transportation infrastructure.
The analyst will contribute to the transportation program’s work across these areas through research, analysis, and outreach. A prominent focus of the analyst’s work will be advancing cross-cutting strategies to improve the energy efficiency of the transportation sector while also creating a more equitable and accessible transportation system.
