Summer Intern

Are you passionate about Lake Tahoe and want to make a difference this summer? The Tahoe Fund is hiring summer interns! Join our team to help with community events, communications, administrative tasks, and other environmental projects.

What you will do:

• Be a representative of the Tahoe Fund at tabling events around the Lake Tahoe Basin.
• Network with local non-profit, corporate, government partners and donors.
• Gain hands-on experience in philanthropy, nonprofit engagement, and partnership building.
• Create social media graphics that help drive engagement, write website copy, assist in developing fundraising campaigns.

Details:

• 12-16 weeks, starting June 2nd (flexible)
• 15-20 hours per week
• On location for events and remote
• $18/hr

Who are we looking for?

Primarily college-age interns with majors in communication, environmental studies, marketing, and nonprofit management.  If you possess strong communication skills, are detail oriented, and excel at time management, we want to hear from you!
