Sacramento Area Sewer District is seeking outstanding candidates for a Student Intern position with the Going Green Team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- You will provide support for the Going Green Employee Program.
- You will need excellent writing skills.
Work assignments may include:
- Researching monthly environmental sustainability themes
- Writing and developing newsletters
- Coordinating presentations, workshops, and events
- Updating the Going Green Program SharePoint and Environmental Sustainability Program websites
- Assisting with the Environmental Sustainability Program
- Assisting with other projects and programs, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student
- Strong writing and communication skills required
- Experience with sustainability, graphic design, event planning, or website management is desirable
SALARY
$22.90-$27.82 per hour
