Small Utility Project I

Under general supervision of the Regional Field Manager, this role provides technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) assistance to small, disadvantaged community water and wastewater systems so they can operate sustainably and deliver quality services to the communities served. This role works closely with rural residents and local leaders to advance construction projects to improve drinking water and wastewater access and affordability. Additionally, this role prepares and delivers classroom and individual trainings as needed to build the capacity of local partners.
