Senior Environmental Scientist (Specialist)

As a Senior Environmental Scientist (Specialist) you will have the opportunity to:

• Write and edit internal and public-facing documents, synthesizing information for different audiences
• Present at and facilitate meetings with a variety of interested parties, such as industry, non-profit organizations, community groups, and other government agencies
• Conduct technical reviews of scientific literature and data to identify chemicals and consumer products that pose hazards to people or the environment
• Lead projects and mentor team members to ensure the effective implementation of the SCP program
• Review notifications, reports, and Alternatives Analyses submitted by regulated entities to comply with the SCP regulations
• Analyze and develop regulations, policies, and legislation
