Job Description
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Project management knowledge and experience.
- Oral and written communication knowledge and experience.
- Collaboration knowledge and experience working in teams; leading teams; managing group discussions; and integrating multiple different ideas and views to make a recommendation or to facilitate a decision.
- Knowledge or experience in the fields of aquatic biology, ecology, environmental science.
- Knowledge in statistics or experience using statistical software packages.
- Experience using ArcGIS or similar software to create maps or spatially analyze data.
- Experience using Excel to manage and interpret data.
- Experience sampling water quality for various pollutants.
- Experience analyzing environmental data (water and soils chemical data).
