Project Coordinator

The Park District is currently recruiting for Project Coordinator located at the Park District's Pacheco corporation yard in Martinez, CA. The current Project Coordinator vacancy exists in the Public Works #2 Department and will be responsible for coordinating the management and monitoring of construction activities related the Park Districts extensive roads, trails, and solid waste infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Under general supervision, performs technical duties in coordination of a variety of Park District capital projects; performs project management duties of less complex capital projects and/or assists Project Managers on the most complex Park District projects; and performs related duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has strong project management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Is knowledgeable of regulatory compliance involving biological permitting and stormwater quality.
• Works collaboratively with local jurisdictions and internal/external stakeholders.
• Is experienced in contract administration and maintaining relevant project budgets and documentation.
