Program Manager & Associate Grant Specialist

The California Fire Safe Council is growing our team to help build a more wildfire-resilient California. We're currently hiring for two exciting positions:

Program Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in executing the vision and goals of assigned grant programs
- Oversee the full lifecycle of grant-funded programs—from inception to closeout
- Coordinate planning and execution of program activities
- Engage with stakeholders and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Monitor and manage workplans, timelines, and budgets
- Track program performance and ensure continuous improvement

Associate Grant Specialist – Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Programs/Grants team with grant administration and program tracking
- Assist in monitoring compliance with grant requirements, policies, and procedures
- Work under the guidance of the Grants Manager, Staff, or Senior Grant Specialists
- Help support subrecipients in understanding and meeting grant obligations
- Contribute to maintaining efficient and effective grant administration processes
