Program and Policy Manager

The Feminist Research Institute (FRI) coordinates and advances interdisciplinary activities that bring about more equitable and just research practices. FRI fosters collaborative, trans-disciplinary research that seeks to address and transform historical legacies of oppression and biases that remain a part of research culture, thus producing more accurate and impactful research. This mission serves to support the broader campus mission of service to society and the campus goal to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. FRI programming reaches all UC Davis colleges and schools, including the UC Davis health systems. Housed in the Office of Research as a Special Research Program, FRI collaborates with administrators, faculty, staff, and students, as well as outside partners seeking to transform research culture.
