What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for projects, including land use, transportation, and community development
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions and recommendations
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and plans to internal teams, government agencies, and community stakeholders
- Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations, land use policies, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external partners to coordinate planning activities
- Facilitate public consultations and engage with community members to gather input and feedback
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or related field
- Internship or 0–2 years of planning, municipal, or consulting experience
- Basic knowledge of zoning, land-use planning, and municipal processes
- Familiarity with GIS and mapping tools preferred
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
