They are responsible for operating the front desk, which includes; answering phone calls, processing in coming and outgoing mail, scheduling vehicle and conference room requests, and providing customer service to individuals who approach the desk. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be assisting with office file digitization, which will include but is not limited to; scanning, naming, organizing, and filing FWS project files. |
