Outreach Coordinator

The Center for Land-Based Learning is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to lead outreach and recruitment efforts for the California Farm Academy (CFA) programs, which serve aspiring farmers with agricultural training and land access, demonstrate climate beneficial practices, and provide fresh food access in underserved urban areas. This position time would be allocated to 80% Apprenticeship and 20% other CFA programs. The Outreach Coordinator position's primary goal is to recruit program participants, and is responsible for developing marketing collateral, coordinating outreach to partnering organizations and handling incoming program inquiries. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in agriculture.
