Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Import & export of DWG files
- Document setup
- Preparation of conceptual submittals
- Preparation of construction documents
- Assist with Agency coordination
- Assists with the electronic filing of all project data, including images of inspiration
- Planning, design, coordination and administering projects through all phases of development
- Assists in the establishment of budgets, preparation of schedules and adherence to terms
- Facilitates design development and production of construction documents
- Assists with client and consultant contact and directs project personnel
- Interfaces with consultants and the specifications coordinator on the technical aspects of construction documents
- Participates in the enrollment of existing and new Clients and Consultants
