We are delighted to announce the second year of our successful internship program. Join Locus Environmental this summer to build your resume with hands-on experience in environmental consulting. This opening is for full-time interns from May through August 2026. The candidates will work on a variety of projects pending client demand and may include Phase I and II environmental site assessments, site reconnaissance, environmental sampling (indoor air, soil gas, groundwater), waste management, environmental data processing and evaluation, oversight of third-party maintenance activities at remediation systems, and reporting. The internship program is expected to include two interns to work collaboratively to maintain progress on client projects during competing summer demands of more senior staff. Requirements
Entering Senior by Fall 2026 or Recent Graduate for BS in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other Sciences
or
Degree seeking or Recent Graduate for MS in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other Sciences
Also:
• US work authorization is required
• Self-starter with good communication and writing skills
• Ability to work thoughtfully, independently, and on a team
Preference will be given to engineering students
