Schedule and Salary
The compensation package includes a base salary ($70,000-$85,000) plus a commission for each
new Watermark (GSA) client contracted, as well as full-time employment benefits. Full-time
employment benefits encompass health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Additional benefits
include paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, as well as 401k and profit-sharing plans.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Proactive and detail-oriented personality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in sales, particularly in software or environmental sectors.
Familiarity with groundwater management practices and regulatory requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate product value and facilitate client training.
Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate
recommendations to executive management
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in product demonstration and client training.
Job Duties:
As a Groundwater Solutions Consultant, you will:
Develop in-depth knowledge of Watermark, effectively communicating its value
proposition to GSAs.
