Graduate Student Assistant

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is seeking to hire student assistants that will offer project support, while offering a terrific opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the agency. The student assistants will also assist with records retention, workshops, career fairs, travel, training, recruitment and more. The intern will also be assigned a specific project with a deliverable due at the end of the internship such as a report or “White Paper.” The California Environmental Quality Act and CPUC Regulatory Processes used to site infrastructure projects is an overarching project paradigm that can be written on by focusing on a variety of issues. The goal is to provide solutions for expediting cases.
