Based in Sacramento, CA since 1996, we specialize in web-based solutions for Federal government clients. Our team of scientists and programmers is passionate about revolutionizing our clients' workflows with technology and training.

We're seeking a recent graduate or early-career environmental professional to join our Sacramento office. This position is ideal for candidates who have gained experience through internships, research, laboratory work, field work, environmental consulting, or other environmental programs and are looking to build a long-term career in environmental data management and project support.

You may be a great fit if you've worked with environmental samples, laboratory data, water quality monitoring, soil or groundwater sampling, GIS, environmental databases, research projects, or environmental compliance activities and want to apply that experience in a professional consulting environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, identifying, and organizing environmental data and documents.
  • Work closely with the project team to achieve goals, timelines, and schedules.
  • Track field sampling activities and coordinate with clients and laboratories.
  • Host project status meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Aggregate environmental data into databases for analysis and reporting.
  • Support training initiatives through live webinars and video production.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science from an accredited university in Environmental Science, Geology, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Interest in environmental data management, project coordination, and environmental consulting.
  • Some exposure to environmental work through coursework, research, internships, laboratory work, field work, or previous employment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic in-office team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with water, soil, groundwater, sediment, or other environmental sampling programs.
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment or supporting laboratory analyses.
  • Experience with environmental consulting, remediation, restoration, compliance, or research projects.
  • Familiarity with GIS, Excel, databases, or environmental data management systems.
  • Experience reviewing data for accuracy and quality control.
  • 0–3 years of environmental experience through internships, part-time, or full-time employment.
