Associate Governmental Program Analyst

Analyst will be responsible for administratively managing water quality improvement grants which include, but are not limited to: independently analyze, create, and amend complex funding agreements and encumbrances; implement, recommend, create, enhance, and maintain procedures; track and monitor funding agreements; and independently perform internal audits of project files.
