Job Description

As an Analyst II you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts
  • Lead Personnel Liaison efforts
  • Collaborate closely with CalHR and the Department of Finance to support and implement fiscal impacts to the program
  • Plan and facilitate public workshops and events
  • Oversee purchasing and procurement activities

Desirable Qualifications We Look For:

  • Experience with creating process improvement workflow and implementation
  • Experience with leading recruitment efforts
  • Experience with verbal and written communication across various stakeholders and organizations
  • Experience with procurement and purchasing efforts
  • Experience with Administrative Support: outreach, planning, and customer service
