Job Description
As an Analyst II you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts
- Lead Personnel Liaison efforts
- Collaborate closely with CalHR and the Department of Finance to support and implement fiscal impacts to the program
- Plan and facilitate public workshops and events
- Oversee purchasing and procurement activities
Desirable Qualifications We Look For:
- Experience with creating process improvement workflow and implementation
- Experience with leading recruitment efforts
- Experience with verbal and written communication across various stakeholders and organizations
- Experience with procurement and purchasing efforts
- Experience with Administrative Support: outreach, planning, and customer service
